Phillippe in the bike lane on the corner of Adelaide and Simcoe
Bike Spotting on Adelaide - Do you support the extension of the Richmond and Adelaide bike lanes from University to Parliament?

The extension of bike lanes is always a welcome sight in the city of Toronto. The Richmond-Adelaide cycle track pilot project is set to be extended to Parliament Street this fall. We took to the streets to ask cyclists what they think about the extension that is to come.
Joanna Walsh: "It's an excellent plan, the more bike lanes the better."
Phillippe Dubuk: "I think it needs to be extended. I'm not sure how far it goes right now because I rarely go past Yonge but the further the better. I'm definitely in favour of it."
Adam Nicklin: "I think it will be fantastic. It would make a safer commute for me actually getting home beyond getting dumped out on University and get me all the way back to the east end. I'm really optimistic and hope to see it happen soon."
Sloan Crawford: "It's my first day actually commuting to work on this street as opposed to using Dundas or Queen and I really like it, so I'm all for an extension."
Although we think the pilot project is great, there are still a few kinks to be ironed out...
